My 15 years of social work experience provides me the ability to support adults and seniors in the areas of mental health, domestic violence, workplace issues, relationships and new immigrant concerns. I can support you with counselling as well as systems navigation.
I am a registered social worker with a Master's in clinical social work from the University of Calgary. I am trained in Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Accelerated Resolution Therapy. My goal will be to always provide a safe space for you, ensure you are heard in a nonjudgmental and respectful manner.
