I believe that change and growth are possible. I offer a compassionate, inclusive, and non-judgmental space whereby we can develop a meaningful connection. I seek to help you foster insight and self-compassion in a world that can seem harsh, fast, and uncaring. I use evidenced-based holistic approaches tailored to you, an individual.
