As a 2nd gen Chinese-Canadian, I know how hard it is to find a therapist that "gets it" - the whole "immigrant experience" thing. I work with 1.5 and 2nd generation immigrants who are trying to figure themselves, others, and the world out. You may be feeling stuck, discouraged or even burnt out as a result. Yet there's a way to break generational cycles so that you can honour your family AND grow into your own self - I know, wild concept!
I bring a warm, friendly, client-centered and non-judgemental approach to therapy and am committed to supporting you through your various “eras”. Therapy can be a scary thing, so it’s my goal to join with you to see how we can make this journey worthwhile and fit for you.
