I also have a passion for working with developmentally challenged individuals and their mental health.
I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with a Master's in social work and an indigenous focus and two eyed seeing. I have almost 30 years experience working with mental health issues. I have extensive experience with IPV and have taken specialty courses in cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and brainspotting.
I provide a space for you to be who you are and express yourself with no judgement. I will walk with you on your healing journey as you learn new strategies and skills to cope with the past, and the ever changing landscape of your life.
