Dr. Kowa utilizes Strengths-Based, Solution Focused, Trauma Focused, Client-Centered practices besides the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and other therapeutic modalities. Dr. Kowa also has personal life experiences that support his knowledge, and unique sensitivity in working with you to achieve your goals to improve your life.
