Over the course of twenty (20) years, I have developed an enhanced skill set; highlighted by my ability to create a safe and respectful space to foster open and honest communication, promote personal growth, create change and achieve conflict resolution. Conflict and change are natural aspects of life that can leave us feeling anxious, unsettled, confused, stuck and overwhelmed; however, when managed effectively these feelings can be productive and empowering. As a Mediator and Therapist, my practice is driven by the power of effective communication: promoting healthy relationships and improved client's skill set.
I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a Trauma Informed model. Trauma underlies many of the mental health issues we see today. To effectively work through barriers on our quest for peace we must get to the root of our issues. ART is an amazing tool to aid us in our journey.
