Now accepting new clients! - - - I specialize in supporting racialized LGBTQ+ clients through trauma, codependency, and grief. I work from a strengths-based, trauma-informed, anti-oppression framework that acknowledges the systems we live in. My work is always informed by the client’s social and cultural location, and all sessions are facilitated with the client’s strengths, needs, and goals in mind.
My work combines professional experience (working alongside unhoused youth, adults at end of life), as well as personal insights from lived experience as a pastor’s kid who is unravelling religious and familial trauma, and as another human trying to seek joy and meaning in late-stage capitalism.
I am a queer, settler, cis woman of colour whose ethnic heritage is from Hong Kong. I continue to navigate intergenerational trauma and recovery in my own life. These identities equip me to facilitate therapy with an intersectional lens, and one that is rooted in compassion and curiosity.
