I also help couples looking to mend breakdown in communication, and experience healthier relationships in all aspects of their daily lives. I would love to work with someone wanting to gain back control of his or her life.
My approach to couples and individual counselling flows from a sense of empathy, listening and connecting with clients’ difficult, but also empowering experiences. I can help you set boundaries for yourself and others, help you be more mindful of your decisions and help you identify you real needs, wants and desires.
