I will patiently and collaboratively help you find your way out of patterns that tend to limit your wellbeing and connection to others.

For individuals: in the first session we will focus on your presenting issues and do a brief assessment of your attachment style. This will help decide what we will be working on. In couple therapy: the first session is with the couple, looking at the presenting issues. Sessions 2 and 3 are individual sessions, sessions 4 onwards deepens how to de-escalate conflict and move closer emotionally.
