If words like worthless, depressed, anxious or alone describe your present state, I would like to help you. For the time being, I am offering online counselling from the comfort of your home.
I want to emphasize the relational aspect in what we do. That means a safe, non-judging space where I work with you to change how you see yourself, how you treat yourself, and how you encounter others.
