Dr. Phil Shnaider is a Clinical Psychologist providing treatment to patients across Ontario. He provides therapy for adults struggling with a range of mental health problems such as anxiety, depression, trauma and posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief and loss, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and coping with life stressors and transitions. Dr. Shnaider also provides therapy for couples struggling with relationship problems.
Dr. Shnaider received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University). He previously worked at the Anxiety Treatment and Research Clinic and the Operational Stress Injury Clinic at St. Joseph’s Healthcare. In addition to his clinical practice, he is an Assistant Professor (PT) at McMaster University.
Dr. Shnaider offers a warm and compassionate approach to therapy, designed to help you overcome emotional and behavioural challenges and deal with life’s stressors.
