As a queer, neurodivergent Korean clinician, my approach to therapy is built on fostering intentionality, balance, and flexibility. I help adults navigate challenges with: Emotion dysregulation; ADHD; Substance use & addiction; Relationship difficulties; Suicidal and/or self-harming behaviours; Cultural & sexual identity concerns; Anxiety & depression. Therapy can provide us with a unique opportunity to honour the ways we've adapted to difficulties in the past, and, simultaneously, uncover new ways of responding to ourselves and our environment.
I will help you break out of the status quo and work with you toward your goals within a safe and collaborative process. My orientation to providing therapy is trauma-informed, culturally humble, and neurodiversity & 2SLGBTQ+ affirming.
