Many of my clients choose me for help with a trauma or adversity, to explore grief, or to gain momentum in managing anxiety or substance use concerns. I tailor my approach to your needs and your preferences: uncovering new insights to your stories that take your power back with Narrative Therapy or gaining the unique coping tools for your needs with ACT.
As alternatives to talk therapy, clients often find fast relief from feeling triggered, whether from trauma or substance use cravings through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or with Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
