I have decades of experience helping adults and teens with a multiple issues, including anxiety & stress management, grief & loss, (whether it be through death, separation or loss of job), phobias, survivors of abuse, confidence & motivation, parenting skills. As a Certified Hypnotherapist, I can combine with my counseling experience and skills, to help clients eliminate or greatly reduce, a number of phobias like fear of flying, fears of medical procedures, claustrophobia and heights. I also have great success with smoking cessation. I also use hypnosis for performance enhancement & confidence building.
