GirlTalk: Self Esteem Workshop for Girls
This group is for girls aged 9-12 who feel sadness, shame or anger about their body and/or ‘perceived’ self worth. The goal of this group is to provide your child with the information, tools and guidance they need to develop self-compassion, confidence & a healthier sense of self. The topics discussed build upon one another to create consciousness around the emotions that affect their self-esteem. This group workshop runs for the full day (9am-4pm), and takes places on all the PA Days in the public 2024/2025 school year. Empower your child on a PA Day!
