I hold a Master’s of Social Work Degree from the University of Windsor and a Bachelor of Social Work degree from York University. My professional experience includes working with families and individuals involved with the child welfare system, families experiencing parent teen conflicts, separation issues, depression, anger, divorce, contact issues, stress, anxiety, grief, loss, trauma, relationship challenges.
My approach to treatment of mental health and other challenges is, but not limited to; the use of CBT, SFBT, ABA and Narrative. My passion is helping people through a collaborative approach to strengthen their lives and their families. I help clients to build a healthy perception of themselves and own their lives.
Taking that first step to connect with a therapist may be uncomfortable because it is imperative to be able to relate with your therapist. It is the first step towards resolving challenges for personal advancement. I will provide a safe space where clients share their stories and I will listen empathetically with a non-judgmental approach.
