Traumatic experiences impact our sense of self, how we live our daily lives as well as our important relationships. As a Certified Trauma Integration Clinician I offer a variety of supports and techniques to heal and live beyond trauma, including body-based, mindfulness, expressive and experiential approaches.
My practice focuses on the whole person: mind and body, childhood experiences and the present, relationships, strengths and skills. I offer unique experiential approaches to trauma such as tapping, Comprehensive Resource Model and Eye Movement Integration (EMI). With couples, I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
