I favor a laid back approach to the therapeutic process. My space is colorful, full of plants, and usually has an album humming in the background. I want to create an atmosphere that inspires you to explore your concerns with curiosity, not one that feels like it has expectations. Whether you want to tweak things here and there, or you want to dive as deep as possible, let's do it! Because everyone is unique, I don't have a one-size-fits-all approach. I want to figure out what works best for YOU, in a way that actually feels good. Our struggles can be our greatest teachers, we just have to learn how to listen to them :)
I’m here to help you learn how to listen to yourself- your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, patterns, and perspectives. When we don’t listen, we get stuck. And since nothing in this world stays static, we have to figure out how to flow. I’m here to help you figure out how to move, to find inspiration, and to fall in love with the process of living.
My passions: My family, including my Bernedoodle/therapy sidekick Baloo! Cultivating relationships I care about; Learning and exploring the nature of consciousness; Traveling the world; Music- funk/jazz/blues/world/hiphop/rock, and playing drums; Snowboarding, surfing, moving my body, & the outdoors.
