I use evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Somatic therapy in my clinical sessions. Prior to clinical counselling I worked for many years in leadership positions in the workplace.

Together we can increase a sense of purpose and fulfilment and incorporate short and long term goals around personal health, resilience, and wellbeing.
