I provide the following evidence based type therapies; Dialectical Behavioural Therapy - family and individual sessions (and upcoming group sessions), Ecosystemic structural family therapy, Treatment for Eating Disorders, and EMDR trauma therapy for children, teens and adults as welll as Brainspotting.
