Navigating life's challenges can be lonely, overwhelming, and exhausting. I seek to empower my clients along their path to growth and wellness through providing genuine, empathetic, caring, and skilled support. I work with a wide range of ages, from preschoolers to retirees. I offer individual counselling (youth and adults), play therapy, couples, and family therapy.
I practice from a trauma-informed lens and take an individual approach for every client – integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches to best support each client’s needs and goals. These approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), family systems, mindfulness and somatic interventions, emotionally-focussed therapy, and play therapy.
I strive to create a safe space where my clients feel heard, understood, and respected. I consider it an honour to walk with clients as they navigate their journey and face life’s challenges and uncertainties.
