C.Psych.Assoc (Supervised Practice) and Registed Psychotherapist. I am a unique therapeutic service dedicated to recovering what I believe is the essence of psychological treatment: holistic treatment of the entire person. We are not made of bits and pieces; we are not divided into sections and we deserve to feel whole. I work with adolescents, adults, and veterans/first responders. I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, PTSD, anger, & relationship/attachment issues, however, I can assist you with a variety of other struggles. I am also able to conduct assessments (e.g. VAC, WSIB, & some Psychoeducational).

I ooze personality and am very authentic. I do not always present as the most "classic professional" in my field. This means I might wear nerdy jewellery or clothing, or I might disclose a story from my life which I think may be useful in your journey. Most people find this to be comforting, however, this may be a factor in whether I am a fit for you.

I am available in person at my office in Belleville and online through video counselling.

I practice from an Adlerian Trauma-Informed approach. I often find it useful bringing in Psychodynamic & Relational theories into my practice, though I also use tools from CBT & Buddhist Derived Interventions like Mindfulness. I am a very unstructured therapist who focuses heavily on self-worth, self-care, goals, patterns & usefulness of behaviour, reframing, & building a strong rapport with you.
