I have been working with children, adolescents, and families since 2012. I have a gift for connecting with those that have had a difficult time trusting and working with others. My passion is supporting children from the ages of 7 through adolescence. I specialize in working with anxiety, emotion dysregulation, ADHD, trauma, adjustment and behavioural issues. I use evidence-based treatments in my practice. I am trained in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Prolonged Exposure for treating PTSD, and Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, emotion-focused and mindfulness-based approaches.

I provide a safe space for your child where we can gain understanding about their inner experience, facilitate deep change, and provide them with the tools necessary to support them throughout the rest of their lives. I am passionate about working with families and I thank you for trusting me with those who are the most precious in your life.
