I do a lot of work around trauma processing, relationships, and shifting how we respond to our feelings so they don't hold so much power over us. I do my best to make this as comfortable, or at least productively uncomfortable, as I can. I use evidence based, trauma-informed, tools that are tailored to the needs of your moment specifically, to meet you where you’re at and to begin empowering you in your moving forward (or in figuring out what that could look like).
I work from a trauma-informed, narrative based practice, tailored with a variety of therapeutic strategies. Strengths based; Trauma-informed; Narrative; Mindfulness; CBT; DBT informed techniques; IFS & IFIO; Gottman techniques. Let's find what works for you together.
