I believe in creating a safe space for my clients to be seen, heard, and understood. Art therapy can provide a new avenue of expression to help address concerns such as anxiety and depression, anger management, or other emotional and behavioural challenges. I bring a wealth of experience from working individually with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder in school settings, and I continue to implement this experience into the therapeutic space. Additionally, I am also experienced in working with individuals to address relationship concerns by exploring underlying emotions, boundaries, and the conscious/unconscious mind.
I practice using an organic, strengths-based, person-centered approach and invite clients to guide the direction and pace of sessions to achieve their long-term goals. My sessions implement mindfulness, psychoeducation, meditation, and narrative therapy to help clients discover new ways of coping and encourage better self-understanding.
I provide psychotherapy and art therapy services in both Cantonese and English through virtual and in-person sessions.
