My passion lies in helping trans folks (and those who love them) thrive, however I also work in areas such as anxiety, Autism, ADHD, family conflicts, open relationships and non-monogamy, 2LGBTQIA+, stress, and trauma.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, non-punitive, and accessible. In our therapeutic journey together, you can expect a non-judgmental and compassionate space where your experiences, emotions, and challenges are genuinely heard and respected. I view you as the expert in your own life and as an equal partner in this journey. Our work is grounded in the belief that you possess the knowledge and wisdom to navigate your unique path to well-being - you just might need some help getting there.

We all need a space where we can be ourselves. When walking alone gets hard, therapy can help us restore our sense of self and make life manageable again. Stepping into this space can look like many things: being curious about ourselves, making meaning out of painful experiences, coming into connection with vital feelings and needs, and understanding and respecting the parts of you that you want to change. For some of us, healing can only happen in a space that acknowledges the impacts of marginalization and the need for systemic change. From here, we can begin to find new ways of being in the world that honour all of who we are.

I am passionate about a variety of issues including ADHD and autism, life transitions, and grief and loss.
Developing self-awareness — what’s important to you, your unique strengths and resources, and the ways in which you may hold yourself back — is one of the greatest gifts you can give yourself. When faced with life’s inevitable challenges, self-awareness is like a compass, helping you find your true north and live your best, most authentic life. My role is to create a safe space in which we identify your unique strengths, explore how you limit yourself, and help you to thrive. I ask curious, thoughtful questions to help you make sense of your challenges and find a way forward that is consistent with your values and your true self.
