Private and Semi-Private Sound Bath Meditations
My private sound baths are tailored for you & include a combination of instruments and sound healing tools including, crystal singing bowls, shruti box, chimes, ocean drum, frame drums, rain sticks, tuning forks and voice. A sound bath meditation is deeply relaxing and has wonderful health benefits, like boosting your immune system, reducing cortisol (the main stress hormone) in your blood, and even can help promote the repair of damaged tissue; certain harmonic frequencies have been proven to stimulate the production of nitric oxide in the body, which also has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal benefits.
