I know that it can be hard to reach out that first time. I know because I have been in your shoes - I've done the work too. Life is hard. Working to improve it can be made easier by finding someone who you feel truly cares & feels safe to explore the deeper questions. Weaving together education & life experiences I offer unique perspectives & insight that can often ignite new ideas and ways forward for my clients.
I enjoy working with diverse populations and the unique challenges each bring. In addition to my Master's degree, I continue to seek out new learning opportunities. Most recently I completed the San'yas Indigenous Cultural Safety training and Trauma training, as well as complicated grief through the ACT lens.
