I work with individuals experiencing depression, stress, relationship issues, family related issues, and work related issues, as well as individuals experiencing crisis, suicidal ideation, and trauma.

My associates have experience working with people of all ages (including couples and families) struggling with anxiety, anger, emotional regulation, depression, stress, body image and self-esteem issues, peer and family challenges, relationship problems, and other difficulties. My associates will work with you (and/or your child) to find ways to achieve goals, meet needs, and take a journey to self-discovery. Those of my associates working with children and teens do so under my direct supervision and I monitor treatment progress and provide guidance on future interventions.

An avid learner, I am pursuing ongoing training in AEDP, a modality that blends all these aspects within the container of a deeply relational therapeutic process.

I am a bilingual (English / français) Registered Psychotherapist with several years of clinical experience of working with youth (14-24 y.o.), adults (25 y.o. +) and couples.
