Are you at a loss? Can't seem to think straight? Is everything coming at you too fast? Are you at the point where you just want to throw in the towel? Do you feel stuck, as if no matter what you do nothing works? Have you lost sight of what you once enjoyed? You are not alone, just know that things can work out, but sometimes you need a nudge to get you started. Sometimes you need someone to listen, to hear what you have to say without fear of judgement.

You may be thinking about therapy because you are struggling, frustrated, wanting change or for personal growth. I believe each of us is trying our very best and life can present us with unexpected challenges, often these difficulties can become more bearable when we find support. I offer a warm, compassionate approach in bringing a greater understanding to you and your situation and when appropriate, gentle tools to help navigate whatever it is that has brought you to counselling.

I am currently only accepting Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy clients at this time. Are you ready to make a change and live your genuine life? Or, are you ready to begin building a life worth living? Ready to move past what's holding you stuck? As a therapist, I believe that every person can create and harness their own fuel for mental wellbeing by working on inner strength. I hold the perspective that mental wellbeing doesn't come from our circumstances, but from within the body. I use a holistic approach, looking at every way to improve life- such as skill building, spiritual, emotional and trauma work.

Accepting new clients. I am a registered social worker that is passionate about helping women and couples grow and heal. I began my career working with and advocating for abused women. I then transitioned into healthcare where I worked in women’s health, adult and paediatric emergency departments. My journey with women and their families has provided me the honour of empathically walking with them during some of their darkest days. I am also excited to be working with couples as I believe that our personal relationships are often our greatest opportunities for growth and healing.

Hello, and welcome. I'm happy you're here. We move through the world as a sum of our experiences. Some of these experiences have made us feel unsafe, unsettled, or even unappreciated. It’s difficult to live and move when you don’t feel right in your own skin. Do you have goals, plans, or needs that aren't addressed? Let's look at them together. I'm straightforward and compassionate in my approach. I'm convinced what matters is authenticity and being real together while holding space for tender work. American Psychologist Stephen Porges has said “feeling safe is the treatment and creating safety is the work”.

You were going along with your daily routines, but now things are starting to feel more difficult. You’re starting to feel overwhelmed and life is just not going as you had expected. You might start to put on a brave face, but inside you are just not feeling like the version of yourself you once were. You notice your patience is thinner with the people that you usually enjoy having around you, you’ve even snapped and said something you didn’t mean before you could stop yourself. You try to fix it but then it happens again. You talk down to yourself and just cannot boost yourself out of this funk. Now you’re taking a brave step.

We have more of an opportunity to become better individuals in relationship with a significant other than alone with shallow relationships. Relationships, Conflict, Anger, Communication, Addictions, are all issues I help people with on a daily basis. I am a Psychotherapist based in London, Ontario; as a registered Social Worker I have a wide breadth of experience in helping people with their life situations, whether it be with a partner, child, or colleague. I do this work because people have value. Everyone has a story of personal pain and my office serves individuals, couples, and families to heal from personal pain.

Most of us have felt stuck - as though we are simply getting by doing the things we've always done. Usually those behaviours - thoughts, feelings, and actions - developed because, at some point in our lives, they were useful! They helped us to survive situations that seemed unconquerable at the time. Now these same behaviours may lead to isolation, emptiness, worry, or avoidance, and we feel uncertain how to change them. Having an opportunity to observe those behaviours, without judgement, can help us understand what we want out of life, and can lead us towards a sense of fulfillment and meaning.

Do you know the feeling where you just don't know what to do or say? Maybe it is your child grappling with someone bullying them at school. Maybe you and your partner are feeling totally unsure how to be the parents and partners you both want to be. Maybe something tragic and life changing has happened and things are indescribably different - in ways you never wanted. Maybe you are seeing your teen shrink away from life in ways that seem totally out of character. Somehow your own life - your own family, your own children, your own choices - can feel like a mystery.

Do you want to see changes in your life, but don't know what to do next? Do the same issues or patterns come up for you again and again? As we go through life, we face challenges that can impact us and our personal growth going forward. Sometimes the things we have been doing in the past to cope and get by don't seem to work anymore, or don't have the same effect as they did before. We need to find new ways of thinking and behaving to readjust, cope, and heal from the past so we can manage the challenges ahead of us. Let’s team up together to take control of your story and make the changes you would like to see in your life.

Do you feel like you’re trapped in a cycle? Maybe your identity and relationships seem complicated or stuck in place, or you’re struggling through a time of major change. Perhaps you feel like you can't meet expectations or that the people around you don't understand you. Working through these experiences in a supportive environment can help you see complex situations more clearly or make them feel more manageable. Our work together will be collaborative—whether that involves resolving conflict, learning new coping skills, or better understanding your experiences and relationships.
