I offer services in French and English. As a former law enforcement officer, I am very passionate about helping, and am in a unique position to understand first responders from all branches who may be struggling with the stressors inherent within these professions, including PTSD, Operational Stress Injuries, moral injuries, and organizational stress.

Isabella is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at the Stradwick Psychology & Neurofeedback Clinic. Isabella works with adolescents and adults, providing therapy to individuals, couples and families alike. She has experience working with a broad range of concerns that include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, developmental trauma, post-traumatic stress, grief, paranoia, anger, self-esteem and intimacy issues. Isabella incorporates research-based interventions to help strengthen couple's relationship skills and manage different comorbidities. Isabella is fluent in English, Polish and French.

In therapy I want to help my clients gain a better understanding of who they are and what is holding them back, so they can more confidently engage with the world, find their path, and have healthier relationships. We cater to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring our approach for each unique client. In the event of client dissatisfaction with a therapist, we pledge to either find an appropriate replacement or suggest an unaffiliated alternative expert to ensure their needs are met.

We are an online counselling agency so do not provide services in person.
