Opening up is difficult. Often we're told to deal with it, or that things will get better. Maybe you’re going through a transition, feeling overwhelmed, tired, or stuck. Maybe you’ve been feeling an emotion you’ve been told you’re not supposed to feel. Navigating these conflicting thoughts and feelings can be a lot to manage, but you do not have to manage them alone. Maybe you feel like your problems are too big or too small. Maybe you feel like something is just a passing thought and is not worth bringing up.
