Are you struggling? Overwhelmed? Feeling frustrated or stuck? Maybe you've noticed waves of anxiety or periods of low mood. Taking care of our families, our loved ones and ourselves can feel like it's too much some days. You are not alone. Maybe you'd like to talk about strategies that might help ease the tough moments, or maybe you just need someone to sit with, while you talk about the hard and scary stuff. We often brush aside our own needs to take care of our people, until it bubbles over and we don't recognize ourselves. Let's get back to you.

I strongly believe that there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy. Individuality should be valued, celebrated, and encouraged. Remaining person-centered, I enjoy working with clients to discover the therapeutic approach that will serve them best and enhance their life. I am an ally of the LGBTQ2+ community, and it is important to me that every client feel safe and comfortable sharing their story while working towards a happier state of being.

I believe everyone is the expert in their own life, they may just need some help to navigate life's challenges. A strong therapeutic relationship is the key to clients meeting their goals, and I strive to create a space where pre-teens to adults feel safe to talk, share and explore challenges they are facing. I value collaboration and tailor treatment to each individual/ family/ relationship, and I utilize a number of evidence-based techniques to help clients work through obstacles, develop healthy coping habits, and flourish in their life.
