Hello! My name is Olivia. I am dedicated to creating a safe and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, where clients feel at ease sharing their life experiences and struggles. Clients can expect warmth, trust, and authenticity while feeling supported in challenging themselves, examining patterns, delving into their inner experiences, enhancing emotional awareness, and processing past hurts to promote healing and forward movement.
My approach focuses on meeting clients where they currently are and working collaboratively to facilitate the changes they aspire to make in their lives through evidence-based practices. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC). I also have a Masters in Counselling Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce in International Business.
I have always been passionate about collaborative communication and languages (English, Spanish, Polish, and French), and my previous work and experiences include working in different countries and within various cultural contexts.
