I'm a late diagnosed neurodivergent (ADHD), queer, cis woman of colour with over 17 years of experience in helping folxs navigate life. I support individuals and couples/partnerships, who want to truly be understood without guilt or shame. I work from a relational, identity affirming, culturally responsive, anti-oppressive, equitable, and sex-positive lens, that centres your needs. Through empathetic curiosity connection, we will collaboratively help you get to where you want to be.
We'd be a good fit if you want support with issues related to life transitions within your personal, professional, and academic life, identity issues related to ethnicity, culture, culture, sexuality, gender, neurotype (ADHD, autism, AUDHD), and relationship struggles related to communication, boundaries, sex, intimacy, etc.
