I specialize in CBT, offering genuine yet structured, evidence-based sessions. The main focus is to help understand and analyze your thoughts, behaviours, and the influence they have on you. As I am a student intakes and assessments are free. It's important to consider your needs, we can always run through available resources to supplement our sessions.
