The primary focus of my practice is helping emergency responders and anyone who feels disconnected from themselves, others, and the world around them. Whether this is due to trauma, anxiety, depression, or life challenges, I use a holistic, integrated approach that is tailored to each client. Along with talk therapies, I am trained in EMDR, Internal Family Systems, and Forest Therapy. I am also certified to administer Direct Neurofeedback. My priority is to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for you to gain awareness and understanding of yourself and life experiences.
I completed my Honors Bachelor of Health Science with specialization in health promotion, followed by a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. I also have 8 years of experience as a professional firefighter and can appreciate how job-related stress and trauma can affect all areas of an individual’s life.
