Hey there, I'm Kristy! I'm an Expressive Arts Therapist. I have a heart full of empathy and a passion for helping others. I support adults and teens with a wide variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, conflict, and trauma. I'm dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing space for clients to help them navigate their healing journey. I have Expressive Arts Therapy training from the Winnipeg Expressive Arts Therapy Institute and am a member in good standing with the Ontario Expressive Arts Therapy Association and the CCPA. I am well-equipped to help guide you through life's challenges and support your journey today.
Services can be either in-person or online. My approach is person-centered and I can help you with a wide variety of concerns using creativity to help you process your emotions, navigate your presenting concern, and find a resolution that works best for you.
