Reaching out for support is the first step to exploring and making sense of the struggles that you are experiencing. My role as a therapist is to be your guide in exploring the origin of these struggles and to provide support in understanding yourself and your emotions with greater compassion, so that you can make positive changes for your future.
I work with indivduals experiencing emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, life stage transitions, parenting challenges, low self esteem, stress and relationship struggles. I also work with couples, parents and families for support with interrupting and healing recurring unhealthy relationship patterns to develop healthier connections.
My approach to therapy is client centred, non-judgmental, strengths based, trauma informed and culturally sensitive. As therapy can be a vulnerable experience, I will work collaboratively with you to determine the best approach to meet your individual goals. I offer a no fee consultation to discuss your therapy goals and to assess fit.
