Hi, I'm Ashley (she/her) and I'm a clinical social worker and therapist, offering virtual and in-person counselling sessions for adults and couples. One of the most difficult decisions can be reaching out for supports - this underlying anxiety and stress for potential clients helps inform and shape my practice whereby my focus is working to create a warm, welcoming and calm space for individuals and couples to share their experiences, challenges and hopes in a safe space.

We are an online counselling agency so do not provide services in person. I am currently a Master's level MA in Counselling Psychology practicum student qualified to practice under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor. During my practicum I will be offering pro bono mental health counselling. I inherently believe in an individual's strength to overcome obstacles and create a life that aligns with their unique values. Through empathetic engagement and validating your experiences, I aim to provide you with a safe, non-judgmental space to share your challenges.
