I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with an empathic and educated approach to challenging life situations. I specialize in supporting professional adults including health care workers, teachers, mental health professionals and government employees. I provide short term counselling for solutions to specific problems and longer term therapy to address patterns of challenging behavior. In this current world climate we are collectively experiencing unexpected life changes. I am dedicated to provide space to share and discuss issues that have come up in these challenging times.
I am dedicated to support professionals in their stages of change including major life transition or day to day decision making. I can offer guidance toward balance in work, relationship, and life. I use an integrative and collaborative approach to counselling drawing from modalities inc Mindfulness, CBT, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, and ACT.
My clients find me to be nurturing, supportive, creative and overall a source of calm when being met with stress in life. I endeavour to help my clients cultivate new behaviors, stories and changes to really support authentic and consistent change in their lives.
