I have practiced Psychology, Somatics & Eastern teachings for 20+ years & obtained knowledge in various forms of trauma therapy (e.g., iRest, EMDR, Compassionate Inquiry). For the past 3 years, I have been on a deep dive with Gabor Mate & his Compassionate Inquiry approach. I am also a lifelong student/practitioner of sound healing for the subtle body.
