I'm here to meet you wherever you are on your path. I’m passionate about creating a genuine therapeutic connection with my clients. Compassion, understanding, trust and a dash of humour are important aspects of my practice. Everyone faces a variety of challenges throughout life, I can help you develop new coping strategies, reframe unhelpful thinking patterns and process difficult emotions. We’re all unique and I tailor sessions to each individual’s needs. My practice is evidence based, I utilize a humanistic approach and draw from frameworks such as CBT, DBT, narrative therapy and solution focused therapy.
I understand how societal factors can impact our mental well-being and will work with you to address these concerns. Let's be real, beginning therapy can be scary! I try my best to create a non-judgmental, warm space where everyone feels welcome and accepted.
Our appointments together are confidential and collaborative. I am available weekday evenings and weekend mornings. Additionally, I provide online sessions for those who would rather receive counselling from their home, reach out today!
