I have over 15 years of experience and training, as well as a deep commitment to my own personal growth.
I offer results oriented, somatic based EMDR therapy online in the comfort of your home or office. This is not regular talk therapy. Somatic based EMDR therapy gets to the root of issues by working on the subconscious level, allowing the body to move through states of stress and overwhelm to find calm, creative new pathways.
