I specialize in providing ADHD and mental health diagnostic assessments to adults, and in teaching coping tools to help clients manage their symptoms. If you are wondering if you have ADHD, or if you are having mental health concerns but are unsure about what is going in for you, or how to seek treatment, an assessment is a helpful first step. I provide efficient, accessible mental health assessments that focus on: helping clients understand their challenges and why they are occurring, clarifying diagnoses, and providing a clear roadmap of what type of treatment is most suitable for their specific challenges and next steps.
In addition to assessments I also provide short-term ADHD skills coaching to clients with and without a formal ADHD diagnosis. For clients with other mental health concerns, I provide short-term DBT skills coaching, which is helpful for those who want to learn coping skills, particularly while they wait to get into long term therapy.
It can be overwhelming to know what type of therapist, treatment, or level of care you require. My assessments will help you understand your symptoms and inform you of the most appropriate/front-line treatment(s) for your challenges.
