I work to support children, youth, and adults with unique and diverse needs. I have a passion for working with children/youth dealing with stress, anxiety, mood disorders, bullying, self-harm, suicidal ideation, and trauma.

I offer an integrative approach to counseling which includes art therapy, attachment-based therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness, narrative therapy, play therapy, sand tray therapy, and somatic interventions.

I approach clients with warmth, humour, and directness in an environment that fosters curiosity about your strengths. Please contact me if you think we would be a good fit.
