I have a Masters in Counselling Psychology, am an EFT couples therapist and have training and experience treating trauma. I use a trauma-informed, person-centered approach and utilize techniques informed by IFS, EFT, CBT and mindfulness-based modalities. I work with individuals 17+, young adults, couples as well as veterans, their spouses and children.
Choosing to begin therapy is a big step and can be very intimidating. I offer a validating and approachable space where I hope you can feel seen and understood.
