To support you as you explore your own needs and desires and learn to have compassion for yourself, instead of beating yourself up all of the time.
With more than 12 years of experience, my focus is on facilitating healing from trauma, men's mental health, and supporting young adults as they transition to adulthood. I draw from a number of evidenced-informed treatment modalities and work with you to customize a care plan to help you overcome obstacles in your life and meet your goals.
