Deciding to start therapy and finding a therapist can feel overwhelming. Using evidence-based interventions and by maintaining a client-centred approach, I am committed to supporting my clients through their unique life experiences and achieving their goals. I work with clients who are experiencing various challenges including anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, stress, relationship difficulties, and low self-esteem.
My therapeutic approach is both integrative and collaborative, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for my clients. I use a strength-based approach and draw upon various therapeutic modalities including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness.
