Have you tried therapy before for PTSD and trauma symptoms and found you hit a plateau, as if something was missing? Are you looking for a different approach? Integrating Somatic Experiencing with parts work & DBT, I will support you to understand your trauma symptoms and learn new coping strategies for self-regulation. We will work to build capacity for you to feel a full range of emotions without becoming overwhelmed (aka anxious, panicked, depressed, shut down) or turning to unhealthy coping mechanisms.
